By accessing system-ashfield.click or engaging System Ashfield Mining Review Co., Ltd. (“System Ashfield,” “we,” “us”) for hardware assessment services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.

2. Services Description

System Ashfield provides independent bench testing, hashrate verification, and consultation services for ASIC mining hardware intended for hosted colocation programs. We do not operate mining pools, sell hardware, broker hosting contracts, or guarantee mining profitability.

3. Informational Pricing

Rates displayed on this website are informational only and do not constitute binding offers. Firm quotes are provided in writing after intake review. No payment processing occurs through this website.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, layout, reports templates, and branding — is owned by System Ashfield Mining Review Co., Ltd. Assessment reports delivered to clients are licensed for the client’s personal or business use in hosting applications and resale documentation. Reports may not be resold or misrepresented as the client’s own work.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients shipping hardware to our lab are responsible for proper packaging, courier insurance, and compliance with applicable transport regulations. Clients must accurately disclose miner models, modification history, and target hosting facilities at intake.

6. Limitation of Liability

Assessment reports reflect measurements taken at the time of testing under stated conditions. We do not guarantee that hosting facilities will accept hardware based on our reports, nor that measured performance will persist after shipment. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific assessment giving rise to the claim.

System Ashfield is not liable for indirect damages including lost mining revenue, hosting deposit forfeitures, or freight costs arising from decisions made using our reports.

7. Accuracy of Website Content

Equipment specifications and hosting notes on this website are general reference material. Manufacturer specifications change. Always verify against your specific units and hosting contracts.

This website may reference external hosting facilities or manufacturers. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Busan, South Korea.
