Contact and inquiry data — Name, email address, message content, and optional service selection submitted through our contact form.

Assessment client data — Miner model, serial numbers, shipping details, hosting facility names, and measurement results recorded during bench services.

Technical data — IP address, browser type, and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted.

Cookie consent preference — Stored locally in your browser when you accept or reject cookies.

3. How We Use Data

  • Respond to assessment inquiries and schedule bench intake
  • Deliver assessment reports and consultation memos
  • Improve website content based on aggregated analytics (when consented)
  • Comply with legal obligations in South Korea

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Processing is based on: (a) performance of a contract when you engage our assessment services; (b) legitimate interest in responding to inquiries; (c) consent for analytics cookies; and (d) legal obligation where applicable under the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of South Korea.

5. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months unless a business relationship is established. Assessment records and reports are retained for 5 years for warranty and dispute purposes. Analytics data is aggregated and not retained in identifiable form beyond 14 months.

6. Your Rights

Under PIPA and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal data. Contact info@system-ashfield.click with your request. We respond within 10 business days.

7. International Transfers

Our website is hosted on infrastructure that may process data outside South Korea. Where transfers occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with PIPA requirements. Assessment data is primarily stored and processed in South Korea.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on internal systems, and limited staff access to client assessment records. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are directed at adults engaging in mining hardware assessment. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The effective date below reflects the latest revision.
